HAVE FILM, WILL TRAVEL. During his busy European filming years, the ubiquitous Orson Welles often showed up at Cannes. Here he is shooting a sequence in Felix’s fabled Blue Bar, a nightly “must”, sporting the only expresso in town which even fussy Italians would drink. And scribes will nostalgically remember a Felix tradition: for critics, the first festival expresson every year was on the house.
